We took a dip in Lake Monona this morning…aside from the four very dead, very bloated carp on the shoreline, the debris, and the duck feathers skimming pretty much every inch of the water, it was lovely. Actually, I couldn’t even bring myself to dunk my head in. It wasn’t a total loss, but I don’t think we’ll be diving back in anytime soon.
During the Art Fair on the Square they hold a much smaller version of the Farmers’ Market, but because the Square is full of art booths, the little market is relocated right outside my door. No complaints.
We’re headed to Public Enemies today. It’s shaping up to be a wonderful Saturday.
